The Service helps you find information about city apartments and related listings. We may display summaries and third-party content, but we do not guarantee that any particular listing is available, accurate, complete, or current.

3. User Responsibilities

• You will use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purposes.
• You will not interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape data unless permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable).

4. Listings and Information Accuracy

Apartment and related information may come from third parties. We do not independently verify all listing details (e.g., price, availability, condition, location accuracy, or ownership/permission). While we may attempt to improve data quality, you should verify key facts before making any decisions or entering into agreements.

5. Availability, Changes, and Discontinuation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including due to technical issues, maintenance, or changes in third-party sources.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Apartment Finder by Neighborhood, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the Service.

Some limitations may not apply to you if they conflict with mandatory consumer protections under applicable Ukrainian law.

8. Electronic commerce and consumer information (Ukraine)

If you use the Service through an electronic commerce system, we provide information identifying the business provider and contact details as required by: Закон України “Про електронну комерцію”, Закон України “Про електронну комерцію” № 675-VIII.

For online arrangements with consumers, required seller/provider information is provided before concluding a contract in accordance with: Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів”.

These Terms and any consumer-facing information are provided in accordance with state language requirements, including: Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної”.

9. Personal data, cookies, and tracking

If the Service collects personal data (including via forms, analytics, cookies, or similar technologies), we process such data in accordance with: Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” № 2297-VI. Where required by the applicable processing basis, we obtain valid consent.

10. Advertising identification (if applicable)

If any content on the Service is presented as advertising or promotional material, it will be clearly identified and provided with appropriate language and labeling requirements under: Закон України “Про рекламу” № 270/96-ВР.
